Yes we do. For residential and rental properties, we bring all of our own cleaning supplies (unless you would like something specific used), microfiber cloths, dusters, and a fresh mop head for each home. You can always provide your own supplies to cut down on cost. We use the O'Cedar spin mop. All bathrooms are hand mopped on our hands and knees with a separate cloth for each bathroom. The only equipment we ask to use is your vacuum. We started doing this during the pandemic to stop any cross contamination between homes to keep your family safe and healthy.

For commercial properties, we use specifically designed commercial cleaning products with highest standards in disinfecting and sanitizing, as well as microfiber cloths, dusters, and commercial grade mops and vacuums.

We provide a free, in-person estimate for each property to assess the level of cleaning, amount of time, and services needed. We can work with almost any budget and provide a clear outline of services, products, and time needed to complete each job so you have a full understanding of the scope of work.

We offer multiple times per week, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings on your designated day. We keep you scheduled at the same time on the same day so there are no surprises. You'll have an appointed cleaner (or team of cleaners, depending on the size of the job) that stays with you and doesn't change from visit to visit. Before every cleaning, you'll receive a text message with the estimated time of arrival so you know exactly when to expect your cleaning. Following a routine schedule like this keeps your property as clean and healthy as possible.
